What Happens with a Coach in This Program?
In order to gather comparative data across clients and coaches, all coaches will be using similar questions to evaluate progress (Goals Inquiry, Midpoint Evaluation, and Final Evaluation). However, each coach is free to adapt and use other materials that help them and their clients establish the coaching-client relationship, prepare for their calls, and/or document or recap progress.
