Rebecca Jackson

Rebecca is a forward-thinking, dynamic professional with 20 years of experience in highly complex and regulated business and government settings. As an accomplished consultant and facilitator she excels in building consensus in diverse and complicated situations.  She brings expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, performance management and process improvementWith the launch of the City of Fayetteville’s TRACstat program her office was recognized by the International City/County Management Association for Performance Excellence for five straight years.   She has conducted various, successful stakeholder and employee surveys and engagement events and oversaw an intergovernmental affairs program.  Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Municipal Administration Certification from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.  She is a Certified Budget and Evaluation Officer, trained in Six Sigma, certified in COBIT framework, a member of the ICMA, Greater Fayetteville United Board Member and a lifetime member of the Wine Country Chapter of the North Carolina Certified Public Accountants Association.
