CPLG Onsite Training for Teams

CPLG can bring leadership, supervisory, and management training onsite to your team. Select from one of our standard offerings or work with a faculty expert to design something tailored to your unique needs.

Standard Training Options

TILT 365 for Teams

Help members of your workforce uncover their individual strengths, preferences, and areas for improvement by taking the True TILT Personality Profile, then explore how these traits influence team dynamics. As a group, apply this newfound understanding to improve communication and work-culture, and to build a higher-performing team.

  • Audience: This course is appropriate for all local government professionals. It can be targeted to governing or leadership teams, supervisors, line-managers, or general workforce members.
  • Course Size: 24 people (the course can be delivered in cohorts for larger groups).
  • Duration: 1 Day
  • Budget: generally between $5,000 – $6,000 – depending on course specifics and travel.

Fundamental Supervisory Practices

Provide newly promoted or first-time supervisors in your workforce with critical knowledge and skills needed to be an effective supervisor. This week-long, highly interactive program includes the True TILT Personality Profile to help participants understand their strengths and opportunities for development and uses a “learning partner” model to enable greater integration of the program experience.

  • Audience: This course is appropriate for local government professionals who are new or aspiring supervisors as well as those who may have been in a supervisory role for some time without any formal training.
  • Course Size: 24 people (the course can be delivered in cohorts for larger groups).
  • Duration: 4 Days
  • Budget: generally between $14,000 – $16,000 – depending on course specifics and travel.

Tailored Training Options

Work with a CPLG faculty member to discuss your needs and priorities and modify one of our standard training options (those above or from our one-day series) to meet your team’s specific needs.  A standard one day offering generally runs between $4,000 and $6,000 including faculty travel costs.  Additional costs will be incurred for faculty design time depending on the program’s complexity.

  • We advise that an organizing team member(s) enroll and participate in the relevant open enrollment offering before considering onsite training for your team. This will help to ensure that the course will meet your expectations and your team’s needs and make you an active participant in the course design process.
  • Due to heavy demand for onsite training, and the large number of open enrollment programs that we offer, there may be a significant wait time before we are able to bring a CPLG training to your team. We are currently booking three to six months out for on-site training.
