Local Government Training Initiative – Qualifying Municipalities for Locally Elected Leader Scholarships
Locally elected leaders from mayor-council forms of government can receive scholarships under The Local Government Training Initiative. Check the below table to for the municipalities that qualify for locally elected leaders scholarships. (Don’t see your municipality listed? While your elected leaders may not be eligible for scholarships, all jurisdictions in Tier One counties are eligible for 1) organizational scholarships and 2) individual scholarships for public professionals.
