Two cohorts of 25 individuals are selected as Local Government Federal Credit Union Fellows
Why a “cohort”? You will not just attend a course. You will become part of a cohort of dedicated professionals that will learn and grow together. This size allows for a diverse group of leaders to come together, network, and develop in a supportive and close-knit setting.
Who should apply? Local government professionals who lead or seek to lead in their organizations, including managers and assistant managers, department heads and senior staff, assistants and directors, executives, and administrators.
How to Apply: The application for the Fall 2022 cohorts is due June 17th. Click here to apply. You will need to complete an application and submit a letter of support from a manager or supervisor.
Tuition: With the generous support of Local Government Federal Credit Union, individuals selected as LGFCU Fellows will attend this program tuition free. Participants’ organizations pay for hotel and travel expenses to attend the classes held in Chapel Hill.
Attendance Policy: Once accepted, participants are expected to attend all sessions and events, including some evening events. This highly interactive program is designed to create and leverage an engaged learning community as such full participation is needed for individuals and classmates to get the most out of this experience.
